Regulatory Context

Piedmont and Coastal Plain BAs split between RCW, indigo snake, and aquatic mussels inland, and sturgeon, turtles, and right whale on the coast. GADNR review is additive. Marshlands Protection findings have to match the BA's in-water effects. Atlensa checks species lists against the current IPaC pull, the wetland delineation, and the EPD marsh file.
