Regulatory Context
DEQ's Inactive Hazardous Sites and Brownfields inventories are the state file. Mill-town PCE/TCE and eastern hog-lagoon adjacency are the RECs standard databases under-report. A Brownfields Agreement is not a clean bill. Atlensa checks the Phase I against DEQ inventories, UST lists, and mill/aerial history.
